Government External funding assistance Management (GEM) is an initiative started in 2021 for our medical specialists to assist the doctors, specialists, consultants, and matrons with any procurement of medications or rehab supplies involving external funding: JPA, Bantuan Perubatan, Zakat, MAKNA, Yayasan, PEKAB40, Bantuan Sihat Selangor and other funding.

HOW DO WE ASSIST?

• Provide three quotations to the hospital/ patient.

• Advise patients on the application flow of the medication/rehab supplies funding.

• Assist in reviewing document completeness, and for some funder, we will help to deliver the application.

• Keep track and follow up on approval with the funder.

• Liaise with the hospital's PIC on the approval status.

• Ensuring the timely delivery of medication to the patient.
